施設はモダンで綺麗な最近できた施設というよりは老舗の施設という感じです。無料の水は部屋から少し離れたレセプションにしかないです。食事会場のスタッフはお客さんがいるのに音を出して動画を見るなど、あまり教育が徹底してないような気がしました。プールはありますが、かなり深いので、子供には向かないです。

Location, ability to swim and snorkel right off the resort. The resort is in a beautiful location, a quick 6 minute walk to restaurants and bars on Pangasama beach.

The rooms were a little dated and the bathrooms were old and could use a refresh. The shower pressure was low.

Loved that it was right on the beach rooms were good the food was nice staff were lovely

The dogs right behind our room woke us up about midnight then about 3am constantly barking till about 5am the adjoining property neighbour needs to do something to shut them up
