Host too rigid on time check-in & out, not so friendly / flexible ....

Good hospitality, cozy house. Spacious space, each room got queen bed with aircond. They even provide two extra single bed for us!

House was really big. Enough room for a group of six, which each room have its own aircond. Comfortable to stay n can repeat to stay here next time 😁

The house is clean and very comfortable. Such a big house. Worth for the price.

we booked the accom mainly due to the close proximity to a relative wedding reception less than 10mins away. Very spacious rooms, fit our family of 12, good security, very near to a big econsave. Ease of checkin and checkout. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry room (with rack drier)

Very dirty/stained and insufficient kitchenware and utensils - missing cups, plates, saucers, spoons which seen to be from a free mix and match instead of a complete set. We don't cook but we bought simple breakfast to eat. Not comfortable to use. Very small shower room, no mirror except in master bedroom, water pressure n shower head not so good. Floor was very dusty, our feet turned black! Despite giving ample notice of our arrival time (which is 2 hours after the check-in time), the unit was not ready until 11+ pm. We have to wait at the living room for the housekeeping to prep the house. She arrived at 7.30pm and informed us it's a busy weekend. Not enough linens at first and was asked if we can sleep on the bed without bedsheets! Lucky she managed to get new linens, badly crumpled from recent drying i think. we also specify our no of guests (8 adults + 4 children) but were only provided 8 pillows. Only 2 pillows per bed. No iron + ironboard. Requested for it and was sent an iron (nonrionboard) with the extra pillows the next day. Iron not working. we are there for a Malay wedding so went with crumpled tudung and baju kurung :( The only thing good about all this discomfort, the lady handling us tried her best to accommodate. kind of pity her struggling to get the unit ready on her own.
