It’s a lovely compact apartment and I slept like a baby

The only downside side is the access via the fire escape and the stairs (it’s on The 3rd level of an old bank ) so if you struggle with stairs it can be quite a bit of effort

Location was excellent. Good shower (though the cubicle was on the small side). I appreciated the offer of eye-masks, given the absence of curtains.

No towel rails. I hung my towels on the cooker door and one of the drawer handles. Couldn't work out how to set the heaters. No table or upright chairs, which meant eating on the sofa with a tray on my knees, and being bent double while using the laptop.

The flat was lovely. You go into your door and there is an upstairs and a downstairs. You have your own little hallway with the bathroom and then go up a few stairs to the main room which is very big and spacious. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Jain and Phill leaves you a pint of milk in the fridge and a lovely pack of cookies. There is also coffee, tea and sugar on the side in case you forget to bring your own. The bed is super comfy. We slept very well and couldn't believe how quiet it was. Very good communication with Jain and Phill. You also have your own parking space. The town is lovely and the river is a short walk away. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely come back.

Self contained, allocated parking, convenient location and the property had character.

Simple decor, great location, dedicated parking spot. Simple access instructions. Clean.
