La gentilezza e la cordialità

La Mancanza delle Zanzariere alle finestre. La sera, notte e mattina la possibilità di arieggiare la camera in estate è fondamentale.

Contesto tranquillo e immerso tra gli uliveti, davvero molto piacevole. Abbiamo pranzato presso il ristorante e abbiamo trovato un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera, pur avendo un arredamento semplice e senza particolari pretese, è risultata comunque confortevole per una notte. Ottima anche la posizione: San Benedetto del Tronto si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti di auto. Consiglio per la struttura: aggiungete la colazione!! :)

Gli aspetti meno positivi riguardano la presenza di numerosissime mosche, tanto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno spray per allontanarle. Inoltre, la luce dello specchio del bagno non funzionava e non era funzionante nemmeno la lanterna esterna vicino alla porta della camera. Nonostante questi inconvenienti, il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole.

Posizione gradevole e ristorante carino( non abbiamo usufruito dei pasti) …

Le camere all’interno di un seminterrato sotto il ristorante con odore di muffa nelle stanze , poca luminosità , location assolutamente inadeguata, e nessuno in reception ad aspettarci. Ci ha dato le chiavi un operaio della struttura…
