Really lovely property with spacious rooms, good facilities and everything felt pristine. We had a comfortable stay and felt very much at home whilst there. Location is brilliant, just opposite the beach and the host was very helpful.

The gate lock was quite stiff when trying to lock it from outside and steps down to the property are quite steep.

Everything and Catrina was friendly and helpful and assisted quickly and promptly when I needed another toilet roll. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.

The only issue that I had was around the toilet in the bathroom was a smell of urine. Typically like the smell in a man’s urinal of urine, probably a messy child at some stage. Using some kind of specialised cleaning agent to clean around the base of the toilet that takes away the smell of urine would sort out the issue I’m sure. Otherwise Sea Front Walk is a lovely apartment and I would highly recommend it to friends/family and other travellers.

Simple instructions to open the key box adjacent the entrance. The apartment was everything we wanted with a fully fitted kitchen, TV with access to premium sites and great shower.

Cannot think of any negatives...

Location. Quiet residential square with little or no passing traffic, just off the seafront and within easy walking distance for centre of town. Town offers plenty with lots of historical ties to Charles Dickens.

The steep steps down to the property. I realise it’s my error! I didn’t read far enough into the descriptive narrative about the property to see mention of the steps which, on my arrival, filled me with dread as I am getting less agile in my seventies. Earlier mention of steps would help when making the booking!

It was our first time in broadstairs and the location of the place was ideal . Its one of the biggest flats we stayed in , plenty of storage , big freezer and a little outside space . Plenty of light for a basement flat. Great value for money . Very clean and a clear welcome book .
