"Fantastic home from home by the sea"

Loved the history of the property, the old oven in the bedroom, little private garden and the beds were very comfortable, very close to the sea and lots of attention to detail, we had everything that we needed, even coffee pods for the machine!

Everything was perfect! The Host was so welcoming and sent some very helpful information upfront. The appartment is very, comfortable, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with everything you need to have a lovely stay! The location was excellent, with plenty of places to eat and main shops nearby. It was easy to find a place to park, for free, within a short walk. Quiet and very safe. Will definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely nothing, my only regret was I didn't stay longer!

It’s location, 5 minutes from the sea. It was very comfortable, had been thoughtfully kitted out, and was warm and cozy. Caterina was an exceptional host.

A very small thing - out of concern for the environment, I would prefer not to have small, single use plastic containers of shower gel etc. For example, the individual soaps were nice, and a large refillable hand wash container. I couldn’t see where to put the recycling. these are small things. We had a wonderful stay, and appreciated how generously warm the house was kept.

A hidden gem of property, my first and only choice to stay whilst in Broadstairs visiting family and friends - perfect location for the town. Right on your doorstep. The property is just fantastic can’t fault it in anyway. Excellent host and such a wonderful comfy cosy flat with everything you need to short or longer stay. Clean , fresh linen, lovely bed . Just super 10/10

Property was excellent! Had everything we needed in the bathroom , kitchen and the decor was just right! Location couldn’t be any better and all the brochures and maps were very helpful- nice touch. Host was amazing thank you so much

Location was perfect. Loved the feel of the flat. Very happy with the accommodation in the main

Table and chairs. Didn’t bother us for 2 nights but would have if we’d been there longer. Steep stairs to access property - although we were aware of these
