Ground floor location with private parking right at the front door. Quiet place.. Host (Daniel) is a nice guy..friendly.

Well...the property is the kind of ^making an extra buck thing^. Old apartment, smells terrible in the closets...right where the bed linens are. The extra bed its a joke. We didnt use the bed as it smelled too bad. Instead we used the couch all 4 of us...2 adults and 2 kids. A very interesting night indeed....in a bad way. Anyways...not a thing to ever come back to...thats for sure.

We missed a train so came very late and the host welcomed us warmly and kindly, making sure we had what we needed. Also- all of the beds for the children ( pull out couches) were set up for them). We highly recommend staying here if you need a place in the area close to Pisa. They provided Bottled Water and Coffee. Good location walking distance from a delicious bakery and mini market. Well stocked kitchen. We made pasta dinner and big breakfast. Comfortable beds.. Plenty of blankets and towels. Only one recommendation to add a large cutting board for bread and a chopping knife. Very comfortable for family of 5.. Felt safe and welcomed. We highly recommend.

Wonderful to be welcomed by a friendly older lady and shown around personally. Thank you for the warm welcome! We stayed for 1 night with 2 adults and 3 small children and we were comfortable. Kitchen was well-furnished. We appreciated having fans and mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Even two bottles of cold water in the fridge! Thank you!!

Parking, clean linens, a lot of towels, macinetto , staff was very responsive to the late check in.

The bed wasnt prepared in advance, no coffee or tea or cattle, no air conditioning, no amenities in the garden.
