Hotel famillial, tres bien situé Atypique, propre.et tres agreable La patronne et son lari sont des personnes d une extreme gentillesse. Toujours a se soucier de notre bien etre et de nos besoins. Je recommande fortement.

Ontbijt, dakterras, zwembad, vriendelijk personeel.

Kamer zonder raam alhoewel in de beschrijving stond dat er uitzicht op de stad was.

Ruby was an amazing host!! So friendly and attentive. She even got up at 5am to see us off with some bananas for our early flight. The location is great, just off the beaten track. Nice and quiet but perfectly close to the hustle and hustle. The accommodation is nice and clean, on the basic side but good value for money.

This place is amazing, the location fantastic close to everything, the pool is amazing with great views of the river. The staff are amazing I think it's one family very welcoming they help you with everything you need, they help you book onward transport and all your transfer at good rates. The breakfast best I have had on my 2 months travel, there is variety and a fruit lover like me it's first time to see a hotel so generous with their fruits. I only ate the noodles and were amazing but all French people were having European breakfast and those I spoke too said it was fantastic. My room was amazing with plenty of natural light I was so happy because my previous hotel's rom had no window. It's 5 mins walk to night market, 1 mins to lovely massage parlour, opposite there is cocktail bar, mimimart, lots of restaurants dotted about and lantern river is just 5 mins walk away and all the pubs with live music. I wish I could have stayed longer. They also give you plenty of water everytime you arrive they welcome you with a bottle of cold water.

i didnt like Hoi An

Hoi An and the people around there. the price in Hoi An and other parts of Vietnam is not what is shown in booking. Booking.com only shows the cash price but it is not specifically defined as cash only price. everyone says that if you pay by card there is a fee. some people say 3% some other say 5% some others 10%. everyone is lying and trying to take your money, including hotels like this one. i understand this is a standard practice in Hoi An and central-north Vietnam but it should very specifically state in booking.com that this price is cash only.
