Location is ok, good views and the property is nice

Wifi password impossible to find, we eventually found it above the fridge. Tried to contact them and no answer at all. no information pack when we arrived and no welcome book, no shampoo, only hand soap. No warning on the shampoo situation. Average cleanliness, found stuff people left from previous trips. Emailed multiple times with messages and no reply, no one even answers the phone, if I owned this property and was renting out to bachcare I would find alternatives immediately.

Views were absolutely amazing!

There has we're several misses with the cleaning. We found 2 cooked corn in the oven as well as used towels still hanging on the back of bedroom doors. The garbage bins were also extremely full
