What I liked about the property is it’s close the airport, sm aura, and bonifacio global city. It has complete amenities, and it is quiet all throughout my stay. Fast wifi and the room is aesthetically pleasing!!!

The u-turn to Grace Residences is so far causing me to find it hard to book grab (uber version in ph). No signal (no internet in elevator [this understandable], and the lobby) when you’re waiting for your ride/food delivery you’d have to go out to have signal and it’s so hot if you stay outside for too long but you have to otherwise you won’t get notifications. Oh and the worker isn’t working most of the time, BUT it does work in the faucet below the shower.

Very accessible to shops. The building secured and did not to worry about the safety. The room is cozy and the host responds fast and efficient.

The noise from hallway but I guess it was the guests from other room.
