Monumental Place by An Island Apart

Very spacious apartment

Kitchen lacked basic holiday supplies. Unfortunately we were surrounded by construction work, the noise of which was extreme from 8am -7pm. View of the ocean almost gone!

Nice, clean and spacious apartment with underground parking. Kitchen was fully equiped with everything that you might need.

The construction site across the road was noisy.

The location was very convenient and for most of our stay was peacefull but when New Year was over building work started just below us and was very noisy.

some basic cleaning products available on arrival ie washing up liquid. The lighting was very dim in all rooms.

There is a large construction site opposite the balcony. The noise makes it impossible to use the pool, balcony and the view is practically excavators and heavy construction equipment. This great noise also penetrates into the living room. I honestly do not recommend :(

Noisy construction site right next to apartment.

Huge, stylish, comfortable and cozy apartment. Amazing view from the balcony. Green and calm location, there are coffee shop, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and shopping mall in few steps from the apartment, 10-15 min by car to city center, 10-15 min walking to the ocean . clean and warm swimming pool in the yard, that is perfect option . kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a long stay, especially with a baby Very friendly, polite and helpful stuff, especially Décio, he was always in contact with me, gave many advices, and was always ready to answer all my questions and requests))) a lots thanks to him !!!😊

Noise in the living room and balcony because of the constructions next to the building. but if you are not gonna stay at home in day time and plan to explore Madeira island, it doesn’t make a big trouble, anyways there is no noise in bedrooms . I stayed there with a baby and it didn’t spoil our vacation and impression at all, just got used ))
