"VERY EXPENSIVE AND FULL OF IRRITATION"

EXTREMELY AROGANT AND NON COOPERATIVE RECEPTION STAFF AND CANTEEN INCHARGE , SIZE OF WASH ROOM IS SMALLER THEN A TRAIN TOILET , STINK IN CAMODE , CLEANLINESS WAS NOT EVEN ON MIND OF THE STAFF , TEA SACHES WERE LEFT OPEN AND DUSTY . HOT WATER KITTLE WAS DIRTY . LOCATION IS VERY INCONVINIANT FOR ANY PURPOSE.

"Overall decent hotel for stay in Kolhapur"

Well maintained, clean bed sheets & towels, polite staff. It is not that far from Mahalaxmi temple. Breakfast is decent.

It was centrally located. The staff courteous and extremely gracious and helpful. They even helped us arrange for last-minute travel plan changes. The stay at the royal pavillion was very comfortable.
