Location was okay.Quite close to tourist spots.New property.Hence.quite clean presently.

The restaurant did not have quite a few dishes in menu.On 22nd in evening when we asked for tea were told that General cleaning of kitchen is on.Hence,not possible.Quite surprising at 6 pm.One of the staff members said Chef was not available.Inspite of having put up in hotel was asked to make payment of bill in cash at restaurent which was quite surprising & insulting.Never experienced such a thing earlier.

Good food, they need to work on their service.

I was told that my child's stay would be free but I was charged for his stay at the hotel. Bookin.com needs to look into this matter I was informed at the property that I was charged for my child's stay. I had booked the room through this app therefore giving the feedback here

Good clean and well designed property at an unexpected location. The rooms are small but well maintained and lit . Local Staff is limited and not very courteus. But the immigrant staff(from northeast)is completely opposite, warm ,welcoming n very helpful.rooms need serious soundproofing as u can very clearly hear every little sound from the next rooms bathroom from ur bed. Food options in breakfast were limited but taste was good. Overall a unexpectedly good stay but the staff needs some lessons in hospitality.
