LOFT PORTICI in Bologna city

Ottima posizione, casa pulita, estrema disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria, wifi ottimo. Cucina ben attrezzata con piano ad induzione.

Il bagno è piccolo, lo scaldabagno contiene 50 litri di acqua, se si fa la doccia in tre, il terzo la fa fredda. Il quartiere è un pochino rumoroso nei weekend. Avrei messo un forno a microonde nella cucina.

It was a good size apartment and it was very clean. It was easy to meet the host and get the keys and the communication was great. It was just 5-10 mins walk from the main attractions in Bologna. There is a nice cafe/brunch place as you exit at the right. It's a good value for money for a group of 4.

In terms of the layout, it had a strange layout where one of the bedrooms is upstairs (no door just stairs connecting to the kitchen area) and the other downstairs (no door just stairs down from the kitchen). As we are a family that didn't matter. The air-conditioning system struggled. We on the top bedroom had constantly all the heat and sweating while the bedroom downstairs were freezing. Note it was a very cold couple of days.

The bedroom is at ground level and there were very loud people hanging out the window very early in the morning
