The FarmHouse Inn Guest House

We didn't end up going to breakfast as it was at their other location and we needed to get back home. The other location was close by, In all fairness. We were just disappointed

I should have asked about how many stairs were involved in getting to the room. We were glad we had our own bathroom. The owner IS very nice!

Good location, easily accessible. Clean and comfortable.

No outside windows room.

Facilities were clean and the caretaker was friendly.

No breakfast at this bed and breakfast (read the fine print first). No clean towels the next night. No clean sheets the next night. No room to put clothes up or night bag. Bathroom was converted from a closet, no room to dry off. Someone just rented a room in their house and called it a bed & breakfast. Shared space with the caretaker and her children and grandchildren. The location is smack dab in the middle of a subdivision; calling this a farmhouse is misleading.

The bed was comfortable. I loved the shower. It had great water pressure. The host was very friendly and he was a wonderful cook.

The stairs to the room. My husband has bad knees. I will try and book a room on the lower level next time if they have one. It was extremely quiet lol. I will bring a fan or a sound machine next time.

The location is fantastic. The house itself is a weird setup but they make it work! Both breakfasts were delicious.

The rock parking lot/drive way made it difficult to roll luggage.

I was totally blessed by staying there. Emily was a fantastic hostess. The food was great. The property was beautiful. The "Quilt Garden" was beautiful and Emily was gracious to walk me through the process of the garden. Only issue a large storm came up as we finished breakfast so was not able to do the the tour of gardens. Also the other guests were Amish-Mennonite and my reason for going to Nappanee was learn more about them. God blessed me with having them as my breakfast partners.

When we first stepped into the house, you were instantly hit with a very warm and inviting feeling. This was our first time ever staying at a bed and breakfast, and we didn't know what to expect, and we were definitely very impressed with the hospitality that we received. Very professional and absolutely stunning. We stayed in the farm house room, and it was just the cutest. One of the great things is that our room had a private bathroom, which was the best! Overall, this experience was fantastic, and we will definitely come back and stay again the next time we are in Nappanee! We LOVED Wallace the dog as well! He was absolutely the cutest.

We loved everything, there wasn't anything we didn't like. 0 disappointments in our stay!
