Kales Sea View Suites in Ierapetra

Condition of the apartment is one of the cleanest, most stylish and well finished places I’ve stayed. It was exceptional. Furniture and finishing is first rate. Location is superb also, with the beach and local tavernas and shops all close at hand.

Couldn't figure out how to operate the air conditioning with its high tech thermostat

Amazing stay and an unforgettable experience ! We recently stayed at Kales Sea View Suites and I have to admit that the whole experience exceeded our expectations, in terms of cleanliness, amenities , location and incredible sea view. It felt like staying in a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a true home. The attention to detail by the owners made us feel truly cared for. Giannis , our host, was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. He gave us information and instructions on how to get access to the keys and the apartment and everything went smoothly. During our stay he checked on us to make sure that everything was to our liking and that we felt comfortable. We were greeted with a bottle of wonderful red Cretan wine, a basket full of fruits and delicious Greek sweets. It was a gesture we appreciated a lot and enjoyed during our stay! We highly recommend Kales Sea View Suites and will definitely stay again next time we are in Ierapetra! Thank you very much for your great hospitality!

The location was exceptional near so many brilliant restaurants and literally on the beach. The quality of the apartment was also fantastic.

The sea view is amazing and the beach is litteraly down the building, across the street. The size of the apartment is pleasant, we have space. It is very well equipped and of great quality. The hosts are welcoming, available for any question and had some nice little attentions upon our arrival, which was truly kind and lovely.

The pillows in the bed are so big it gets hard to sleep on them without hurting your neck, but the host immediately found a solution for us (thank you again). Also, the door between the toilets and the bathroom is so thin... it's like there is no door at all !
