Towels are not included in the apartment rate. Guests can request them at the time of booking and at least 7 days before arrival. They can be rented at the property for an additional fee of EUR 5 for towels per person, or guests can bring their own Please note that a city tax is payable upon arrival. Charges may be applied upon departure due to excessive hair and damage to objects such as furniture. Upon arrival, the identity of the person making the reservation and any other person belonging to their group or family will be verified, and the personal data of each person will be collected. Any guests missing at check-in must provide their details upon arrival at the property. Please note that personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of the reservation, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and for a period equal to the length of stay. Please note that our staff is not present at the facility and checkpoint full-time, so we kindly ask you to let us know your expected arrival time as soon as possible. This will allow us to prepare your check-in in the best possible way. Arrival and departure times are as follows: arrival is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and departure is by 9:30 a.m. However, we invite you to notify us in advance of any arrival times other than those indicated and, subject to availability, we will still arrange for your entry into the property.
