Staff was great, super clean facilities

The nature of the building, which is traditional and many steep narrow stairs can be challenging for North Americans unused to these circumstances. This is not a complaint, but warning to future visitors. Also, 2nd floor here means 3rd floor to North Americans.

Good location

Attitude of the owner/manager. Please don't treat customers like children. When someone has a different view of a situation to you, don't suddenly stop understanding what they're (very politely) saying, when previously you understood everything. Also having to pay for a towel! Why? You're having a laugh!!! Paying for coffee from the coffee machine that doesn't even work!

The location if fantastic central in the old town walking distance to main bus terminal close to all restaurants and walks to town. Amazing service and personnel we enjoyed every bit of the stay.

Excellent location, picturesque, traditional

Kitchen and appliances in the guest house were quite old(school), smelling old. I understand only the kitchen in the hostel was refurnished, however it would be nice to do so in the guest house as well.

Amazing and helpful staff. Location close to main plaza. Cute, old typical house!

Some mattresses were not very comfortable but ok :)

Felt very welcome and comfortable, a superb stay in general.

There was an issue with our neighbours concerning noise and how safe we felt, but this had nothing to do with the staff.
