Location was great for all the national attractions, front desk was very helpful, building was easy to navigate. Great that it had washer and dryer. Neighbors were respectful. Residents were also generally kind. Easy access to the metro helped us be time efficient for our plans! The place was very clean.

Wasn’t informed that the AC would not be working due to the time of year. During our stay it was VERY warm in the condo. At night we had to open the windows wide open and slept uncomfortably in the heat. Since the building temperature is not something WE HOST has control of, you could provide a couple of fans at least. It would also help to provide more toiletries since our stay was booked in advance and you were informed there would be 5 people staying. The bath tub also had a hard time draining.
