La terrazza di Sferra

The location was excellent because of the view of the Rocca Janula and the Abbey from the terrace. Francesca, the host, made it a very nice place.

Nice modern apartment , lovely and clean, very comfy bed, nice big kitchen, great facilities.

We stopped through here on a road trip through Tuscany, and it was a very welcome respite. After being used to lugging luggage up and down stairs, the elevator was greatly appreciated! As was the free and convenient parking. The room was very modern, very clean and had a lovely view of the castle on the hill. Whilst the facilities for the room are as you would expect for a hotel room and associated cheaper price, you get the convenience of having a communal kitchen and dining area on the top floor, which is a substantial bonus if you're on a budget - especially as the communal area has a terrace with a stunning view!

Nothing of major significance at all, just that the host prefers you enjoy food and drink in the communal upstairs area instead of in your room, which is a shame as the room has a beautiful balcony - but as above the communal area is lovely too! Also the property is a little outside of town, but parking in Cassino is easy and I assume you'd only be travelling through by car anyways.

I like this property for its close to the city centre and the convenience of the private parking.
