"Beware, great photo-op but this cute place needs alot of love"

The location and house set-up. Kitchen updates.

This place needs a lot of love. It would be such a cute little place! Owner can do sooo much. Entry way - Dark, no lights Screen doors - hole in master bedroom. No rails on screen doors on the lanai. Rust everywhere. Bed - old bed, very uncomfortable. Bedroom lamps, falling apart - need new ones! Sofa- this thing needs to be thrown away. This place looks like a place you rent in Mexico, not in Hawaii. Never found any comfort inside the house except for the lanai chairs. Very disappointing!!!!
