The vehicles are not parked under a covered area, and considering how extremely hot Upington is, this was disappointing. The accommodation was aware that we would be checking in at 15:00, yet the room had not been cooled in advance. There was no ashtray in the room, only a small one in the bathroom. The room was also not equipped with coffee and milk—only tea and sugar were provided. The basin was very small and impractical; it was not possible to fill the kettle properly. Furthermore, the room did not match the photos displayed on the website. It was also not communicated beforehand that breakfast is charged separately or that a more expensive room needs to be booked in order to include breakfast. Lastly, the bathroom floor was constantly wet due to a leaking toilet, which was inconvenient and unacceptable.

Good location

Room was extremely cramped. Entrance gate was glitchy causing a problem when leaving. We needed to ask another visitor to assist us after the remote was already dropped in the box.

The aircon

The room was very small. Tv not working. No microwave. No table to put or prepare food.

I missed a chair and a table to work on my computer

Very cozy and safe

The bedside lamps weren’t plugged in, and the power outlet was located at the far end of the bed, making it impossible to reach. It was also raining during my stay, and unfortunately, the roof was leaking.
