Was perfect for a short break.

Limited kitchen to make your own meals (only a microwave/kettle), but this was as described and not an issue us.

Lovely little place, perfect for a short stay. Well equipped and nicely decorated, beautiful garden. Parking no problem.

The bathroom is next to the bedroom upstairs. Very inconvenient for the person sleeping upstairs if not up at the same time in the morning as the people downstairs, since they have to come up to use the bathroom and disturb the sleeping person, as happened wirh our teenage daughter.

"Lovely place to stay"

Lovely hosts. Kitchenette was handy with microwave, kettle and fridge. Plus cutlery, plates, bowls, etc. Brilliant location for exploring the local area. Very detailed local information provided. Felt very safe. Lovely and light accomodation in a rural setting.

5pm check-in is quite late, but it is a great bolt hole to stay at.

Such a lovely little gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house has everything you could possibly need and is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean!!! Truly one of the best booking.com/airbnbs I have ever stayed in!

Nice quiet location, good facilities, very uncomplicated

Couldn’t get the WiFi to work but I didn’t really need it as phone reception was good and I didn’t ask the host for help so really no problem I’m sure it was something I was doing

"Happy Hideaway"

We liked the quiet village location. The Hideaway itself was nicely decorated, had everything we needed, was immaculately presented, and the size was great for the three of us for our overnight stay. Host Brita was also lovely and very accommodating. The information about the area, things to do and where to eat, was also very useful.

One very minor point is that despite the directions provided, we still found it a little difficult at night to find the place, as the houses aren't all numbered. The only other minor point is that if there are three of you and one stays on the upper level, you have to walk through the upstairs sleeping area to use the toilet, but certainly not an issue.
