Casa in pienissimo centro, vicina alle più importanti attrazioni di Ortigia. Host molto attenta ai nostri bisogni, gentile e paziente. Appartamento pulito, letti comodi, armadi spaziosi. Cucina perfettamente funzionante.
La casa andrebbe un po' svecchiata da mobili e monili che la fanno "casa della nonna" rimasta immobile nel tempo, stile un tantino pesante. Ci vorrebbe un po' di manutenzione in più, soprattutto nei bagni. Suggerisco di aggiungere qualche cialda di caffè in più soprattutto quando si è in tre e si soggiorna per più giorni (non sono riuscita a trovarle al supermarket).

L'emplacement très central pour la visite du centre historique, proche de la mer. Une attention particulière à l'arrivée bouteille d'eau fraîche dans le frigo et viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuner avec café , thé, infusion. Pour cela merci.
La maison est très ancienne et les équipements également. Les fenêtres ferment très mal. Nous sommes arrivés le samedi, très peu d'eau aux différents robinets et le dimanche pas de pression d'eau et douches impossible. Très peu de lumière naturelle dans la maison et nombreuses ampoules manquantes. Les 2 cafetières présentes sont trop petites, pour 4 il faut en prévoir une autre plus adaptée. Le fonctionnement de la gazinière est problématique, il faut mettre la hotte en route avant d'allumer la gazinière sinon déclenchement de la sonnerie du détecteur de fuite de gaz ?? La salle de bain avec baignoire non adaptée pour la douche, pas de rideau et la baignoire fuit bcp au niveau des joints. La décoration très vieillotte gagnerait à être changée. tous ces désagréments justifient la note 6 et le classement 4 étoiles paraît surévalué et pas forcément justifié.

The location is amazing! Just a few steps form Piazza Duomo! The apartment is spacious, artistic and very well equipped! The check in was easy due to the detailed instructions from the host. We strongly recommend this place for accommodation in Syracuse!
