Brilliant location with restaurants and ferry terminal all in walking distance

No door between bedroom and lounge

The apartment is centrally located and only a short walk from the lake. Private parking is a great asset

It was incredibly hot. Hardly bearable. We were happy we brought our own ventilation because the one in the apartment alone wasn't enough. The building is old and has seen better days. Finding the apartment in the complex took us a moment.

I give 1 star for location, which is great, walking distance to restaurants, the ferry and park. And 1 star for the apartment being clean and tidy.

This is not a place for me. And I tried to cancel it immediately, but it was unfortunately non refundable. First of all there is no balcony as stated in description. Outside in the hallway, there is a shared patio or rather a narrow walkway used for neighbors hanging their laundry to dry, no furnitures or possibility to sit outside. This was very disappointing as I always book hotel rooms and apartments with outdoor space. The apartment itself is very dark and very basic. Uncomfortable bed pillows. And as the neighbors apparentl arey heavy smokers, there was a heavy scent of smoke unless you close all the windows. Which is very uncomfortable in the summer. And lastly my car could not get through the gates. Its a big SUV and the gates are simply too narrow. I could barely manage to get through the first gate, but the 2nd opening have two old large decorative stones at the ground, making the gate even more narrow. I would for sure have scratched the car or at least the tires, if I had attempted to continue. So had to find and pay for another parking space. Not cheap. I visit the area several times a year as my friends live there, but I think the apartment is way overpriced. You can easily find a lovely light and airy hotelroom with a balcony in Cernobbio or around for the same price.

Fantastic host, who went above and beyond to help us. Lovely clean apartment, perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk to the fountain and beautiful views.

The car park entry/exit is very narrow if you have a large car. This can’t be helped as it’s a lovely traditional building but something to be mindful of!

I visit this destination regularly when visiting the Concorso de Eleganza. This accommodation is outstanding for availability. Communication with the owner is top notch. Perfectly equipped apartment. Great parking in the enclosed yard. I am really very pleased. I recommend visiting this beautiful place.

Excellent location in Cernobbio with private gated parking. Located in the center of the town, it's very close to all amenities and to the boat pier to explore lake Como. The room was very comfortable - although we didn't use the kitchen much but rather enjoyed the nice restaurants in the area. There is also a fantastic bakery just next to the entrance, try it and you won't be disappointed!

Good location in Cernobbio. Always very easy to go anywhere around Lake Como from here. The hosts are friendly and the apartment very clean!

The mattress was very worn and the mosquito screens were broken. The host told me this will be fixed soon. The private parking entrance is very narrow, keep this in mind of you have a big car.

Location was perfect the apartment were well equipped down to the finest detail .

No air conditioning temperature were 30-35 degrees opening windows did not help , medium size fan in the apartment but not sufficient . Air con is a must .

You can find everything you need. A clean and wonderful apartment. The apartment owners were very kind.
