FIGBGBFabulous location right in the heart of the city. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with a lovely view from the little balcony. Marisa was incredibly helpful and accommodating, including offering us a later check out when she realised our flights were in the evening. Very quick to respond to all queries.
To be aware it’s on the 3rd floor with steep steps up - didn’t bother us but might not suit anyone elderly or with mobility problems.
EEGBBeautiful flat, well appointed and spotlessly clean.. View to the castle from the balcony. Excellent location in a quiet street with good bars and restaurants within a 2minute walk. 3 bedrooms, all very comfortable. suitable for friends or family group.
Not very soundproof. Could hear people in the adjacent flats and in the stairwell. Conscious of the fact they could also hear us. That said, it didn’t adversely affect our stay at all and we'd definitely stay here again.
USGreat location.
The air conditioner and toilet were broken. There was only 1 toilet for a 3 bedroom, and it was leaking with urine everywhere. Took the "management" over 1.5 hours to respond to us when calling to report it even "during normal business hours." Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we were forced wity 3 children to only stay for less than 8 hours and find alternative accommodations and pay another HEFTY transportation fee to get to another accommodation. I would not recommend it as it seems like they have so many problems and a nonoperational unit and respond very slowly even in emergencies as this. The worst part? The transportation they arranged for us refused to refund our full transportation back to the airport fee that we had prepaid in advance. AND we had to pay a 40 euro fee for the employee to stay late to accommodate check-in and pay for their Uber back home. I also didn't get that ridiculous fee back. Again, this is a terrible experience. I do not wish this on anyone else.
USCharming home near many plazas, restaurants, and public transport. You feel like a local resident in a historic building.
Those with mobility issues will find the steep location, stairs, and small bath a challenge. We were ok with all of these.

DEGreat location yet on a pretty quiet street, clean and well equipped. Easy to communicate with the owner/host.
4 people and 1 bathroom… but we knew that when we booked. 3rd floor, no lift.
