A fost curat in apartament, locatia ca in poze

Serviciul de relatii cu clientii, oribil. Am rugat sa intram cu o ora mai devreme in apartament ( check in ul era tocmai la 15.00) si nu ne-au permis. Am primit detaliile de cazare alaturi de un anunt in care daca dorim sa facem un check out mai tarziu pt a 2 a zi ( ora 13.00) sa mai platim o taxa extra. La ora 11.20 ne suna o doamna sa ma intrebe daca am reusit sa plecam. I-am raspuns ca mai avem nevoie de 10 min, este abia ora 11.00. Cum am inchis au si sunat la usa, doamna de la curatenie a intrat peste noi si s-a apucat de treaba cu noi in apartament. Ne-am simtit dati afara iar intimitatea nu a fost respectata. Nu am patit niciodata asa ceva iar graba pt curatenie era total nejustificata. Vorbim de o zi de plecare intr-o duminica random, dupa doar o noapte de cazare, intr-un bloc de apartamente. Nu eram cazati in vreun lant hotelier cu vreun congres planificat. Am iesit in graba, cu hainele stranse te miri cum. Nu as reveni niciodata la aceasta locatie.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and everything was well organized. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we will definitely return!

The central location, but I didn’t choose it for that.

The property is very different from the photos in the sense that the furniture is degraded, hols in the walls, bathroom door is peeled, there are lights missing, and let’s not forget about the fact that the location was full of dust on almost all the surfaces, but the most uncomfortable thing was the smell of cigarettes present in room and the cleaning staff in the attempt to air out the place left all the windows open (mind you there were -6 degrees outside so you can imagine the temperature we found in the apartment).

The bedroom sofa was comfy.

The flat does not look anymore as per pictures. It is "used" and has stains and things like that. I was not courageous enough to sit on the sofa. Some kitchen cupboards were damaged, and in the bathroom, around the bathtub are built residues. Overall, it was acceptable, but far from the good reviews, I was able to read here previously.
