The location is great, just in between Opera and st. Stefan basilica. The apartment was comfortable, big and pretty clean, we could find everything we needed there. Contact with staff was always quick and pleasant! The internet was very good.

The "jacuzzi mode" in a bath was out of order. There is no place to dry wet plates after washing the dishes. There are some spider webs in couple of places. There is also an active reconstruction inside the building, which can be loud sometimes.

Renovation and ouside, no hangers for towels

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Convenient to the shops, metro, dining and tourist destinations was perfect! Since we were here for dental work, being close to the Helvetic Clinic was key. Being able to make our own meals was important to us, so the full kitchen was wonderful!

Would have loved to use the balcony, but for repairs it was not available.

The property was very convenient to the city centre/ tourist area where you could walk or catch public transport easily. The washing machine worked well and there was room to dry our clothes.

The building is presently being renovated and restored so there is construction dust and mess at the entrance. This was off-putting when we arrived in the middle of the night after a lengthy flight delay. The YouTube video on how to access the property was not available so getting into the property was confusing. The lift looked unreliable at first so we dragged our suitcases up the stairs. In the morning we were able to resolve these issues.

The apartment was really good. The kitchen was extremely furnished, and the room itself was big and comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience!

We could not use the blinds in the bedroom, but it was furnished with curtains. Also, we sadly found a stain on the floor of the bathroom.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Great location, everything you need is within walking distance.

A small microwave in the kitchen would be a great addition.
