Check in is a nightmare, we weren't given the instruction on how to get the keys, etc etc, until right the time before checkin. We came from Australia and we couldn't connect to wifi or network until we met our cousin. And there is suddenly a requirement to place MYR 200 deposit that we need to transfer to a Malaysian Bank acct. This requirement wasn't informed earlier, other than MYR 1 deposit stated in booking.com policy. Our cousin helped us to transfer the deposit. To enter the apartment, you need 3 access, 2 access cards, one for the lift, the other for the inner glass door, and a key for the outer door. First, you have to obtain a temporary lift access key to from the security guard at UG level, then, you need to go up to the apartment, to get the access card for the inner door and key lock for the outer door. We were only given the lock box combination after they receive confirmation that the deposit has been transferred. Finally, we got the lock code, get the key and card access, there were 2 cards in the lock box. We thought there are duplicate cards to enter the apt, as there were no labels, just 2 plain cards. So at night, we decided to split to meet different friends and acquantainces and split the access card. When I came back, I wasn't able to enter because the white access cards are duplicate cards, but access card for lift and only one of them is access card to the apt. Thankful that the owner was very responsive and send someone to open the door. All this frustration and logistics nightmare could be avoided if instruction was given clearly and the two white cards marked appropriately. The two bathroom sliding doors are broken, hard to open and close, which we believe it is due to rust on the railing. No toilettries provided other than handsoap. There were less than a quarter roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms and they don't response to my inquiry if they have extra toilet paper stored in the apartment.

It was cool and comfortable, worth it

It was a very relaxing and spacious place to spend time. ・The water server in the room with hot and cold water was very convenient. ・This room is directly connected to a shopping mall, so I didn't have any trouble with shopping at all.

There were so many power switches in the room that it was difficult to determine which ones to press and which ones not to press.

Cool place. Convenient mall downstairs.
