"Wasn’t perfect but we did not regret booking this hotel."

Mr Ravi of the front desk was very friendly and accommodative. He made sure we got everything we needed and was always ready to help.

The shower cubicles in the bathrooms lacked sliding doors which flooded the whole bathroom floor wet and dangerously slippery. The safe deposit locker provided did not work.

Staff was ok. Space was good.

Sheets weren't clean. Room had a weird smell. Didn't provide towels and when I asked, they said they didn't have towels. All in all, not good at all.

Nothing.

Rooms are not the same as pics. Bedsheets are dirty. No towels or toiletries provided. Not even a complimentary water bottle is given. Full mosquitos in the washroom. And dust over cupboards etcs.
