Modern Ensuites with Shared Kitchen at Trinity View in Coventry

Bed was comfy

I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned the bed was dirty and a mess from the people that had stayed.before There were takeaway boxes in the room. I was then moved away from my daughter in another block which was clean but not the best due to being different blocks. No toilet roll in the rooms . We were told that we were not supposed to have a toilet roll however, this was supplied once we showed that it says it was included on booking. Com. The manager would go and sit in the back room and not answer any questions they did not like. Bins were spilling everywhere on the garden was really disgusting

The property was clean and centrally located

There is a big difference between a room in student block and sharing a flat with students. The kitchen was dirty and unusable - twice there were fire alarms in the building, late night slamming of doors and the reception staff seemed to know nothing about other bookings including how to check out. I had imagined this flat in the student block was entirely people from commercial bookings however you are actually renting a room in a students flat and all that comes with that!

The location of the accommodation is great, just in-between the Coventry railway station and the city center which is very convenient. The room layout is good. It was very easy to connect to the Wifi and the Wifi was working very well.

The stuff at the entry was very unfriendly, it seemed I had to be sorry for asking for my room key. I actually got lucky because it seemed most of the time the "reception" was actually closed. This place is very run-down especially the hallway and staircase. The room was dirty (hair on the bed etc.). The bathroom did not contain any toilet paper. You can hear the neighbors very loudly.

I didn’t like anything in this property at all they were so unprofessional and they didn’t care about me at all they didn’t have any hand soap hair dryer paper towels shampoo heating and anything at all the main and basic things that every stay has to have

I wanted to share my positive experience during my 12-day stay at an hotel in Modern Ensuites. I really enjoyed the cleanliness and functionality of the room, as well as the rooftop and amenities available. Thank you for providing such a wonderful accommodation during my time in Coventry. We di not get the room we paid and booked.

The room was small no toilet paper no TV shower blocked.

It was a good location lovely hosts and easy to get to. Complete with clean and modern facilities to make staying there a breeze. It's also really useful to have access to washing machine and an ironing board

Parking could have been better, it was unclear the parking restrictions in the area.

Quiet quitting

Very dirty kitchen and radish everywhere and no equipment at all
