Unit is clean, near major tourist places and accessible if you have a car (parking space is available). It has complete kitchen wares if you opt to cook. The unit has drinking water provided, tissues and towels. You can also just chill since the TV has Netfilx or Youtube. I think the price is very good for the overall value provided. Definitely recommended!

The place was perfect for a DIY traveler with a toddler like me. It was a quiet home from the busy Baguio streets. Made our entire trip comfortable. The entire place was quite clean and well-kept. Overall: great value for money *The condominium complex* ✓Its actually PWD friendly with accessible elevators. The stairs were also kid-friendly: steps were not too high nor were it slippery and had handrails. The designated parking maybe in another building but its not that really far: more like parking in a mall or in other hotels, some walking is necessary. To make things even easier for us, my husband dropped us off with our things near the elevator while he parked the car. ✓They have a playground with a slide, a seesaw and a swing, all were sturdy and well-engineered. ✓There is relatively good view of the city from the parking lot where you could see the sky ranch ferris wheel lit up in the night. ✓I love how the whole vicinity is surrounded with en masse style of landscaping. I enjoyed how it was filled with flowers and foliage. I personally preferred this one than going to Wright Park. ✓They have a coffee shop within the complex, cost for 2 was around Php500-700. The bacon was surprisingly good. ✓Staff even the guards at the entrance were courteous and nice. *The unit* ✓Amazing water heating system and water pressure. They had a label guide to know which is hot and cold. ✓Firm mattress. Not a fan of soft or fluffy ones so this one was perfect. It's my second time at Nilo's place and I returned for a reason. It's a solid choice for Baguio and I always enjoy my stay here. Highly recommend.
