"A very convenient place at excellent location in beautiful natural and historical environment."

We had a really great time there. The house is very convenient and well equipped. We have used the washing machine which was a great help. The two bathrooms were very useful. We have also tried out the outdoor kitchen, in particular we prepared pizza. The pizza oven worked very well. We visited many places around the Bolsena lake and travelled to Rome three times. Once by train and twice by car. The train is convenient but takes almost two hours, plus the car trip to the railway station, where the parking is free. The car trip to Rome takes about one and half of an hour, where one can leave the car in parking garages, and use the public transportation to move around.

"Great place"

Very nice old restored farm house with a lot of care and charm. Quiet, a very good restaurant about 1 km away. Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio 20 to 30 minutes away.

It is fine but you need to drive to bars etc. But a beautiful place
