I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't say enough great things about it! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for my entire stay. The breakfast at this hotel was an absolute delight. The variety of options and the quality of the food were outstanding. Whether you're a fan of a hearty morning meal or a light and healthy start to your day, they have something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. But what truly stood out was the warm welcome I received. The staff here genuinely care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. It's evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming and hospitable environment. I felt like a valued guest from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional, thanks in no small part to the fantastic receptionist, the delicious breakfast, and the warm welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Five stars all the way!

The service was impeccable. They were very good with delivering our requests even though we were the only guests as they were relocating guests to a sister hotel while refurbishing was going on

All was great . The jeep ride, the stargazing at the observatory and the music and dancing at the sister camp.

Shaheen Camp is in a good location but no signage, hope your SatNav works. You will receive a WhatsApp just before arrival to go to Hasan Zawaideh Camp - that’s where the good ends and the horror begins! DO NOT GO!!!!

They sent a message 2 hours before arrival saying Shaheen is closed for maintenance and send you to Hasan Zawaideh Camp. The rooms were filthy, the beds full of hair, the towels were dirt and stank of mould and none of the air conditioning units worked. We booked 3 rooms and all were in this disgusting condition! The walk to the rooms is along long pathways with smashed tiles and lamps that are broken with glass exposed. The level of litter in there is worse than most inner cities. In the UK this would be fraudulent, in Jordan they still take payment when you refuse to put your family at risk from dysentery or hepatitis! The place should be condemned not advertised!

It was the perfect place for us, the staff are so kind and caring. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise from the room! The view from the camp is breathtaking, the camp is surrounded by beautiful rock mountains and closed to popular attractions of Wadi Rum. Plus, dinner and breakfast are so delicious. I liked the the bedouin cluture there and the bedouin dancing all the night also the owner of the camp Abd allah was very kind and generous man he give me free dinner and also he gave me a good price for the activities ,jeep tours and camel rides

The food at the camp was delicious and fresh, with a great selection of both local and international dishes. The staff was attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. One night, they even surprised us with a traditional Bedouin dance and music performance, which was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend Shaheen Luxury Camp to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious desert camping experience in Wadi Rum. The camp offers a perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and adventure. I can't wait to go back!
