Excellent location and very quiet at night ( off- season!)

It would have been nice to have some tea for when I arrived so I didn’t have to go shopping immediately!

Difficoltà di comunicazione con l’host , ho saputo solo dopo che la cancellazione non era più possibile senza penalità che non mi era possibile fare il check-in anticipato , anche se ho fatto la richiesta con anticipo .

This apartment is located in the very centre of Riga - in old town. Opera, shopping centre and other facilities are extremely close. Despite of the location apartment itself is very modent and well-kept. It has all the equipment for hassle-free stay - proper kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, shampoo etc. Also it is very quiet. WiFi works very well. Owner is easily available to respond to questions.

Due to its location evidently there is no elevator. Not a problem for me, but as apartment is on 4th floor, quests with big luggage need to make some effort to get there. Radiator in bathroom did not work, but to compensate there was portable radiator available in the apartment.

it is a ground floor of type where passers-by can see inside unless the blinds are closed. This is not clearly stated in the description. The groind floor makes it very dark in the flat.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è molto pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i comfort anche nei piccoli dettagli. La posizione è strategica e permette di muoversi facilmente. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, davvero cordiale, professionale e pronto ad aiutare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia rilassarsi e sentirsi come a casa.

L'unico difetto, che riguarda solo il mio gusto personale, era il piano basso.

Great location, the most famous historic places are within a couple of minutes walk. Comfortable bed. Good communication. Cosy decor. There was tea, coffee, washing capsules, shampoo, shower gel and other most necessary amenities. Perfect for a short stay.

Personally, not enough of daylight and lamps are not bright enough if you want to read/work or staying for a longer time in general. Dusty shelves (everything else was clean).
