Das Appartement liegt nur 15 min vom Zentrum entfernt und vom Bahnhof waren es 12 min zu Fuß. Man kommt an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 15 bis 30 min. In der Nähe gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie eine tolle Bäckerei und normale Lebensmittelläden. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war bequem und komfortabel und wir konnten problemlos einchecken. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten immer die Möglichkeit Fragen zu stellen. Insgesamt hat es mir sehr gefallen und ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Manque de vaisselle pas possible de cuisiner, petit déjeuner pas tres copieux le principal soucis,a ete lors de notre depart nous avions loué une voiture et pour veni chercher nos bagages et rendre les clef nous nous sommes perdu avec les zones limitées nous etions en grande difficulte et malgré nos explication le proprietaire nous,a,harcelé d’appel téléphonique nous menaçant d’appeler la police cela a ete d’ un stress immence qui m’a gache mes vacances

Nice small room with single bed, private bathroom,, clean and comfy, in average area with a few pizzerias and quickie marts. Good wifi, plumbing, fixtures and no mold smell. If you just want a quiet place to sleep and maybe get some work done it meets your needs. If you want tourism and partying consider staying closer to the center. Streets are not well lit and pretty empty after dark in this area but I felt safe. Communication via WhatsApp was simple and you get a code, unlimited nespresso pods, sugar and carbs (breakfast) and enough kitchenette to fry an egg (quickiemart across the street sells eggs).

Palermo streets are covered with trash and cars, this is just part of the place. The room was very small and I don't think the TV works (I only tried for 1 minute). Loud neighbors and poor ventilation are an issue in every apartment building. This one was better than others i tried.

Me pareció bueno poder hacer el auto check in, ya que por demoras en el tren, llegué muy tarde a Palermo. No es tan cercano a la estación, pero pude llegar caminando por la noche sin problemas. Para el desayuno había muchas opciones, algunas incluso, de productos de panificación frescos.

La habitación era muy pequeña, no tenía donde poner mi valija abierta para poder sacar lo que necesitara, esto se podría solucionar con una butaca en el lugar. El baño estaba a unos metros de la habitación, sin un extractor de aire, hay que dejar la ventana abierta para que salga el vapor de la ducha-
