Lovely old building with character & central.

As it is an old building the air conditioning struggled a little.

Staff was very welcoming at check in. Had a variety of wines to choose from.

They had alarm clocks in the room — neither house keeping or anyone else makes sure it’s turned off/reset between guests. Maybe it’s on me for not checking but it was set for predawn hours by someone - ruined my entire night. Staff in the morning was polite but indifferent

Great location for walking to historic squares, river area, shops and restaurants Staff were fantastic and friendly. I enjoy historical settings and appreciated the details on the property to acknowledge its past. Enjoyed the breakfast selection and service, plus wine and cheese happy hour with entertainment - all included. Bedding and linens were comfortable. Overall, a lovely visit.

Our room faced the parking lot garage. I would have liked having the balcony side. But, I never asked either. The bathroom was on the tight side.

One staff member reported us as no show, and our room was given away. However the Manager corrected the error and compensated us for the inconvenience.

The place is beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. Very clean. The staff was wonderful. I give this place a 10 plus. The breakfast and service were absolutely wonderful!

There was nothing I didn't like.
