I loved the history and creepy feel. Loved the location! The service was outstanding! Loved the friendly staff! The breakfast was a great value and breathe of fresh air.

The beds were not great, okay for one night but by night three our backs and hips were bothering us. The air conditioning system was very loud. Every time it kicked on it would startle us from our sleep.

Location

That homeless people came in off the street and begged me whilst I was sat relaxing in the lounge. Whilst we were checking out yet another homeless person (a woman this time) came up to reception whilst we were checking out asking for water and a hot coffee. This appeared to be routine and although I can sympathise with their plight it is not something I want when I have paid for a hotel stay in what used to be a nice hotel.
