Great location, modern finishes.

Minor issue but hot water not limitless when showering.

The location was good, very central to all we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel and rooms in general were very clean.

We found the selection at breakfast was very poor, although we did take into consideration the size of the dining room.

Breakfast was great and we loved the location

Shower was dirty, no proper water outlet which meant bathroom was wet all the time, lack of moisture control in the room and rooms look nothing like the pictures on the app. The worst part was cleaners who were noisy until midnight and then woke us up twice at 6am by their loud conversations by our door

There were may things I could mention but it would risk being petty.. So here's only a few: this hotel is nothing like the artists projection for the finished building. It's muchly in need of a sincere look at what it actually is rather then making you belive it is. It's not in the big game of hotels but is trying to charge the same. Ergo the standard of advertising for its rooms etc isn't the actuality. The entrance hall and reception leaves a lot to be desired. It's glum. Beyond the restaurant, the oddly placed pool area has windows onto the breakfast room with no seating area, no greenery, no decoration and a row of life vests available for those who can't swim. It's cold and uninviting. And who's going to cross the restaurant to go to the pool? Odd. The breakfast doesn't bare talking about : Coffee like treacle, juice like sunny delight, old fly ridden food with turned up drying edges. Mediocre-at-best quality food. Just awful. We'd prepaid but ate out the second day onwards. The room: a junior suite. Turns out it has a partial view of the world because the next door building, with windows into people's apartments, is just there, and fill two thirds of the view out of the rooms windows. And when they say suite, I'd say it's a bedroom with a bit more floor space. Don't be thinking sofas and bathrobes. The bathroom has no shower door - this is an issue as the whole floor of the bathroom is the shower tray.. Would be fine if it's a wet room but it's not. The air con has no heat feature - just versions of cold so if you go in the cold damp weather we did, no heating available. And finally, there's no sound proofing from the other rooms and especially the hall ways on all the floors. One up all up. I could keep going but it would be unfair to the staff trying, in my opinion, too hard to be what it's not. Avoid.

Bathroom a little small which is not unusual in Asia.

The location is ideal, very close to lots of great restaurants, the staff are all wonderful, so friendly and extremely helpful. It was very relaxing to stay here. LOOK NO FURTHER.

Having travelled for over a month across Cambodia and Vietnam I found the staff’s attentiveness throughout to be unparalleled. The hotel manager is a true gem worthy of a 5 star luxury hotel; their professionalism and kindness setting the example for the whole team.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, the toilet in my room had several issues; it was leaking and frequently clogged during my showers, which was quite inconvenient. While I understand that maintenance issues can arise, it was a noticeable problem that impacted my stay. Additionally, there were renovation works taking place early in the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I appreciate that improvements are being made, but the noise was disruptive. Despite these issues, I do see the potential for this hotel to be great once the renovations are complete. I’m hopeful that my feedback will help improve future stays, and I look forward to returning once the upgrades are finished.
