Firstly the Host was exceptional throughout the stay. Ever ready to help and sort out any requirements. The staff and security were all loving and superb. No load shedding, the bath and shower all worked, WiFi great, All Dstv channels for entertainment available, clean and cosy apartment. The list is endless

I hated that I couldn't stay longer. Can not critic this location at all.

* A peaceful and relaxed setting with well appointed furnishings * Friendly and accommodating hostess, and attentive, and helpful staff * Back-up support systems and options (solar power, generator, cooking fuel) for when the national electrical system has load shedding (brown-outs). *Good value for the money * Excellent security * Central location where you can walk to 2 malls (10-15 min easy walk).

The Casa was a little hidden away, but well worth the effort to find

Well appointed kitchen, great showers and a cosy lounge area... Very quiet secure location, with a great host and gardener, James. Always there on hand to assist. Location is close to malls and walking distance to Waterfall and Garden city Mall. Hand washing - Solar Back up - Free WiFi .. Brew coffee shop at garden city - Great for morning coffee and evening meals walking distance at the Keg local pub at Waterfall Mall. 10mins to East Park Mall great shopping.. Recommend a hire car or local yango for getting around. definately will come back.. and recommend to our Aussie friends..

Great property to stay and relax at while working here in Lusaka. Host were very welcoming and staff friendly and full of smiles. Nicely appointed and very clean and tidy.. Hot water bit hit and miss but otherwise great to have the back up power with solar.. Roomy lounge dining and great kitchen with all the necessities. gas cooker as well as full oven and electric cooktop. No washing machine but tubs and laundry area so be prepared to hand wash.. warm sunny days so easy to dry. Well located and quiet area, a great place to stay and relax at the end of the day.

The quietness and the furniture were amazing. The power backup works perfectly, I did not feel the negative impact of the power outage.

A very peaceful, clean and beautiful house ,Douglas and his wife did a wonderful job making sure I enjoy my stay.this house is 10/10 .
