Ich hatte ein 45 Quadratmeter grosses Zimmer mit fünf Betten gebucht. Bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel erhielt ich jedoch ein kleines Zimmer mit nur vier Betten. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, wurde mir versichert, dass das Problem durch ein zusätzliches Bett im selben Zimmer behoben würde. Ich besprach die Angelegenheit täglich ausführlich mit dem Hotelpersonal, und schliesslich, am sechsten Tag, konnte ich in das vereinbarte Zimmer umziehen.
