Iron Bound Gem

Marcelo was great host. On first day he let us to check in couple hours earlier. House was clean and tidy. On the corner of the street is great bakery shop, where you can eat for cheap. Train station to New York and Newark airport is 10mins walking.

Nothing specific.

Il you don't want to spend too much for a hotel in NYC and you have the patience to take a 45 minutes bus or 30 minutes train to Manhattan, this solution is perfect and the host in a great person

The apartment is excellent, lots of room, clean and in a good location.

This is not the host fault but I was travelling with a senior and there were stairs to go into the 2nd floor but we could manage.

Marcelo was a really responsive host and everything we needed was at the apartment .

The only concern would be if you do not speak Spanish the shops and all the places around barely speak English however we got around just fine and the food outlets around are really good. We had the best Portuguese!

Clean, beautiful place to stay. About 13min walk to metro , that brings you to Manhattan. If you travel by car, it might be hard to park, but we were able to park right in front of the unit. Would defenetly recommend this place.
