Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the pool is open from July 1th 2024 until September 30th 2024 daily. A deposit may be required at the property.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property with stunning views of the sea. The garden was a true highlight—lush, well-kept, and full of vibrant greenery, making it the perfect place to relax. The pool was a great addition, providing a refreshing escape on warm days, all while enjoying the breathtaking view. The outdoor spaces really made the experience special, allowing us to fully take in the beauty of the surroundings. Our host, Battista, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always available when we needed anything, which made everything even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Sardinia!

Good location beautiful views lovely balcony looking out onto lapelosa beach , quiet, tranquil, nice pool area ,

No sun beds around the pool , a drive away from shops to buy food , property starting to feel a bit old , a bbq area would have been nice as they had lovely gardens and the produce in Sardinia is good so would be nice to be able to cook outside
