Luxury Budget Condo in Central Cebu

location is ok accessible for transportation

The room not clean and the bedroom beddings is already Old and .no hot water and the Tower have no Generators and in house electrician . we encounter power failure on Sunday evening and Monday the whole day so we have to use the stairways from Floor Low Penthouse 27 floor to the ground floor and some emergency lights not functioning its so dark . I cannot recommend this condo unit its a bad experience. Next time will just booked in Hotel .

Check-in was quick and the apartment was introduced personally. The apartment is big and you can find the necessary equipment for cooking. In the evening, the lighting of the city is beautiful, I myself would have liked a table and chairs for watching it instead of a bed 🙂 A safe place.

It is worth investing in the freshness and cleanliness of the room. This thing bothered me as soon as I entered. A lot of positive things can be achieved with small fixes.
