Mi-a plăcut curățenia și spațiul special amenajat pentru petrecerea timpului liber situat la parterul blocului.

Nu mi-a plăcut aplicarea taxei suplimentare pentru parcare și faptul ca nu am fost informat în prealabil despre această situație.
