What upに返信しなかったら予約をキャンセルされてた。ガーナにむかうために飛行機で移動してたので返信できなかった。 代わりの宿泊施設を用意してくれたが、フロントスタッフもいないし、夜中に計画断水するし、キッチンが少し不衛生で続けて泊まりたいと思えず元の宿に戻してくれないかお願いしてなんとか戻してもらえた。返信がなかったら予約をキャンセルすると事前に言われてないのにこんな対応されるのはがっかりでした。
