"Spatious, clean and good value of money (not great for walk around the area)"

Host was prompt in reply and ready to help if needed. Room was spatious, clean with good furtniture, decoration, kitchen, and essential items needed with clean bathroom. Overall, I liked the room and it was really good value of money.

I felt a bit warm and I did not have control to teh AC. The location is relatively close (driving distance from the downtown). However, walking outside in the street and nearby recreational park felt a bit unsecured as the nearest park I went seems people taking drug probably. If you stay insdie, then it is great.
