Donna Franca Rooms and Suite

The host is excellent to work with, clean, tidy, the location is good. Hot water is always available, and the bed is comfortable. Communication was excellent; the host even checked if we needed anything during our stay.

We didn’t have internet in the room; the host mentioned they are working on resolving the issue. We had our own, but it was still an irritating and unexpected inconvenience. During our stay, the nights were a bit cooler (10-11 degrees Celsius), and the air conditioning in our room wasn’t sufficient to heat the room and the bathroom. I can’t imagine how it would be on even colder nights.

We stayed three nights with my sister, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, a/c working well, the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. The acommodation is close to the city center, we walked almost everywhere by foot. The host was super nice, gave really detailed information about everything. His hospitality and kindness was outsanding, don’t hesitate to contact him if you have any kind of trouble. Thank you, Daniele! :)

Everything was perfect! Host was very helpful, location is great, It takes 5 min to get to touristic main street.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient since it's close to the city center but still easy to find a parking spot. The host, Danielle, was super welcoming and available for everything. I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately I can’t give more than 7 points as the apartment is incredibly noisy and you will get woken up at 6am by people hammering doors in the apartments around you. Only possible to get longer sleep with Oropaks. Also the location is quite far from the center.
