Breakfast N/A.Location easy access to Lincoln.Quiet .Spacious .well appointed.The smell of slurry though one of our group loved it !!!!We appreciated the welcome pack of tea,coffee and fudge.Thank you

I couldn't open the window in the downstairs bedroom and couldn't contact anyone in reception area for key.In the extreme heat it was a drawback.Thoughtfully fan provided.Maybe leave a few info leaflets re Lincoln around.Nothing major.
