Property is well maintained and ther personnel very friendly and accommodating food is excellent. The only suggestion would be to have the a/c on in the room prior to arryand during the stay

"super relaxed days Bagni di Lucca"

Excellent location, service was in top form from the point we arrived to we left the hotel Food menu in the restaurant was excellent and the whole atmosphere was great and you really felt an accomodating approach like you were part of local communities. Super experience and we would for sure like to stay here again
